On Nov. 11, StarTimes received another piece of good news- StarTimes ON, the online streaming service platform developed by StarTimes, has seen the number of its users exceed 18 million, which means StarTimes has become the first Chinese digital media platform in Africa that has attracted more than 30 million users, including 18 million app users, 13 million digital TV subscribers and 10 million Facebook followers.
