On the morning of Nov. 24, the delegation led by the Honorable Chairperson of Committees of Gauteng Provincial Legislature, Ms. Sizakele Emelda Nkosi-Malobane, visited the headquarters of StarTimes. Accompanied by the Vice President of StarTimes Lu Yuliang, the delegation visited the playout center, translation and dubbing center, studios, research institute and other departments. After the visit, the two sides held a seminar.

During the seminar, Vice President Lu Yuliang briefed the delegation on the development of StarTimes in Africa. Ms. Sizakele Emelda Nkosi-Malobane praised the rapid development of StarTimes in Africa, and briefly introduced the situation of the radio and TV industry in South Africa. She said that StarTimes' investment and development in Africa also boosted the development of the radio and TV industry in South Africa. She hoped that the two sides could deepen and expand cooperation. Other members of the delegation also commented that South Africa was a bridge to other African countries and that it had a large market and rich resources. They looked forward to business cooperation with StarTimes in more areas.
