Recently, the UNESCO Multisectoral Regional Office for West Africa and StarTimes signed a memorandum of understanding to formally establish a partnership. Both sides would work together in Africa to promote efficient, high-quality and inclusive education, increase the participation of young people in the cultural and creative industries, advocate gender equality awareness in sports and build inclusive knowledge-based society.
